Shipping & Delivery

Delivery is free on every order above Rs. 2,000. Below that, a flat Rs. 199 applies to the whole order regardless of how many items it contains.

Orders placed before 4pm are dispatched the same working day. Major cities usually receive their parcel in one to two working days; other areas take three to four.

Large appliances and furniture are delivered by a specialist courier and may take five to seven working days.

The rider calls before arriving and attempts delivery up to three times over three days. After that the parcel returns to us and we contact you to rebook or refund.
