If it isn't right, send it back. You have 7 days from the day it arrives.
How to return something
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and the reason. We book a free pickup from your address — you do not pay for return shipping.
Condition
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, with all accessories, tags and the warranty card included. Products damaged by use are not eligible.
Refund timing
Once the item reaches our warehouse and passes inspection, refunds are issued within three to five working days — back to your card or bank account, or as cash if you paid on delivery.
