To deliver an order we collect your name, delivery address, phone number and email address. We record what you ordered and when. If you pay by card, the payment is handled by our payment partner and we never receive your card number.

Your information is used to process and deliver orders, handle returns and warranty claims, answer support requests and — only if you opt in — send you offers by email.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with couriers and payment processors, and only the fields they need to do their job.

You can unsubscribe from marketing email at any time using the link in any message. To request a copy of your data or ask us to delete it, write to support@kharidoji.pk.

We use cookies and local storage to keep your cart between visits and to measure which pages are useful. Blocking them will empty your cart between sessions but the site will otherwise work.
