Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 7 calendar days of the delivery date recorded by our courier.

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned once opened: innerwear, swimwear, earrings, cosmetics and skincare, personal grooming devices, food and groceries, and any item marked non-returnable on its product page.

Size and colour exchanges on fashion items are free within the return window, subject to stock. If your preferred variant is unavailable we refund you in full.
